XIX is the Alpha and the Omega. The numeric symbol of endings and new beginnings, it is a call to surrender. By letting go of the past, of hurts, of questions, we can walk through new doors, open new life chapters. Spirit calls us to walk away from the past in love and embrace the present with the faith, trust and the innocence of a child. Step into the present. Step into healing. Step into self-love. I am worthy. I am happy. I am abundant. My joy is BOUNDLESS.

XIX is prime. It can be divided by no other number. I am whole. I am complete. I am enough. I am love. I surrender.

XIX is my mantra. I claim it. I affirm it. I chant it. I sing it.

XIX begins with 1 - a new beginning that celebrates my uniqueness, my independence, my progress, my motivation.

XIX ends with 9 - the realisation of the universal laws of Spirit. Intuition, Enlightenment, Service.

XIX is the completion of 1 and 9. The awakening to the truth, to the way, to the light. I am Spirit.
